Definition

sh.startBalancer(timeout, interval)

Enables the balancer in a sharded cluster and waits for balancing to initiate.

Parameter	Type	Description
timeout	integer	Milliseconds to wait.
interval	integer	Milliseconds to sleep each cycle of waiting.
